Cancellation Policy

Safe Security Assessment 1. Appointment Booking All security assessments are by appointment only and must be booked in advance through our official booking channels (website, email, or direct confirmation). A booking is considered confirmed only once payment or deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued. 2. Payment Terms Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type and scope of the assessment. Prices are based on the nature of the site, duration, and level of risk analysis required. Any additional services requested beyond the original scope will be quoted separately. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy below. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled assessment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in partial or full forfeiture of the fee. Failure to attend or provide access to the site at the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show, with no refund. We reserve the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, force majeure), in which case an alternative date will be offered. 4. Client Responsibilities To ensure a meaningful and accurate assessment, clients must: Provide accurate information about the site, operations, and security concerns Ensure full access to relevant areas at the agreed time Inform us in advance of any specific constraints, risks, or sensitivities Delays or restrictions that limit access may reduce the scope of the assessment without entitlement to a refund. 5. Confidentiality All information shared before, during, and after the assessment is treated as strictly confidential. No findings, vulnerabilities, or recommendations will be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, unless required by law. 6. Scope & Limitations A Safe Security Assessment provides: A professional risk-based evaluation Actionable recommendations to improve security posture It does not guarantee the prevention of all incidents. Security is a layered process, and implementation remains the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to decline or terminate an assessment if: Conditions are deemed unsafe Information provided is misleading The engagement conflicts with legal
