At Safe Security Assessment, we value your time and commitment to improving your security awareness. Our services are professional consultations and training programs. As such, we offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

2.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your scheduled service at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time.

  • Partial Refund (50%): If you cancel within 24–48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or fail to attend the appointment (“no-show”).

2.2 Cancellation by Safe Security Assessment

  • In the rare event that we must cancel your session (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or staff availability), you will be given the choice of:

    • A full refund, or Rescheduling at no additional cost

2.3 Dissatisfaction with Services

  • Since our services are knowledge-based and delivered in real-time (on-site or virtual), refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction once the service has been delivered.

  • However, if you believe that the service was not delivered as described or agreed, please contact us within 5 business days of the service date. We will review each case individually and may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services that have already been delivered in full.

  • Travel costs, accommodations, or third-party booking fees (if any) that have been incurred on your behalf.

  • Custom-built training materials or reports once delivered.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance at no additional charge.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a rescheduling fee of [Insert Fee] unless due to an emergency.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
