2. Services Overview

Safe Security Assessment offers non-invasive, non-equipment-based security services strictly limited to:

2.1 Security Assessments

We conduct on-site or remote evaluations of residential and commercial properties to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations. We do not install or sell any physical security devices.

2.2 Home Jacking and Business Jacking Awareness Training

On-site training sessions designed to educate individuals, families, and employees on how to prevent and respond to violent intrusion attempts such as home invasions or armed robberies.

2.3 Safe Room Design Consultation

We provide guidance on how to plan, design, and secure safe rooms within homes or business properties. This includes layout, functionality, and general security features—no construction or installation services are provided from SSA, only through our partners.

2.4 Profiling Awareness Training

Educational sessions focused on situational awareness, behavioral profiling, and threat recognition to help individuals improve personal and workplace safety.

3. Important Disclaimers

• We do not sell, supply, or install any physical security equipment.

• Our recommendations are advisory only and should not be considered guarantees of safety or immunity from crime.

• Our training is educational and not a substitute for law enforcement or professional emergency response.

• Safe Security Assessment is not responsible for how individuals or organizations implement our advice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their property or site during assessments.

• Maintain a safe environment for our consultants during on-site visits.

• Ensure that all participants in training sessions are present, cooperative, and not under the influence of any substances.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

• All training or assessment sessions must be booked at least 7 days in advance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment for a full refund or credit.

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are due in full prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of services after changes are posted implies your acceptance.
